Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support occupational health services in a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on managing workplace injuries employee health cases disability claims medical records and return-to-work programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with employees HR and management to ensure employee safety compliance and health support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workplace injury and illness cases
  • Coordinate employee return-to-work plans and accommodations
  • Maintain employee medical records (paper and electronic)
  • Support workers compensation and leave of absence cases
  • Review disability claims and recovery timelines
  • Conduct workplace assessments and job evaluations
  • Support OSHA compliance health screenings and safety programs
  • Assist with employee wellness and health promotion programs
  • Conduct new hire health-related orientation and training
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and workplace regulations
Required Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
  • Strong knowledge of workers compensation FMLA HIPAA and case management
  • Experience maintaining medical records and employee health documentation
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred:
Experience in Occupational Health Nursing or manufacturing environment
Work Environment:
  • Manufacturing and office setting
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
