Responsibilities
Develop and deliver nursing education orientation precepting and staff development programs
Support competency validation simulations transition-to-practice programs and continuing education
Promote evidence-based practice and support clinical nursing procedure standards
Collaborate with nursing leadership staff educators and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain education documentation support compliance requirements and assist with professional development initiatives
Requirements
Active Montana Registered Nurse License Required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing or equivalent health teaching experience required
Minimum 1 year of education training administrative management or leadership experience required
EPIC experience preferred; must live at least 90 miles from the facility and be available for variable schedule needs
