Network Engineer AssociateRemote

The Network Engineer Associate supports the design implementation maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure connectivity across the organization. This role assists with network operations monitoring and incident resolution while gaining experience with enterprise networking technologies.

• Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of network devices including routers switches firewalls and wireless systems.
• Monitor network performance availability and security using network management tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity performance and hardware issues.
• Support network upgrades patches and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain network documentation diagrams configurations and operational procedures.
• Assist with user support requests related to network access and connectivity.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities.
• Support implementation of network security controls and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Follow established operational processes and best practices.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Network Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs routing and switching.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of network security principles and access controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Industry certifications such as CCNA Network or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco Juniper Aruba or similar networking technologies.
• Familiarity with wireless networking and cloud networking concepts.
• Exposure to firewall and VPN technologies.
