Job Summary
We are looking for an Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise technologies and SQL Server. The candidate will lead an existing offshore team while actively contributing to development activities. The role requires independent collaboration with project stakeholders participation in client discussions status reporting and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on development technologies and SQL Server.
- Lead and coordinate with the existing offshore development team.
- Work independently with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in client and internal project calls provide regular status updates and drive deliverables.
- Review code ensure best practices and support issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Support deployment and release management activities as needed.
