SENIOR ASSORTMENT PLANNER NIKE DIRECT DIGITAL COMMERCE (NDDC) NORTH AMERICA
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll join the Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Planning team driving the financial and inventory strategy for Nikes Direct business in North America. Youll partner closely with Merchandising Finance and cross-functional planning teams reporting into Planning leadership while collaborating across digital and stores retail functions.

- 35 years of professional experience
- Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Engineering or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data tools such as SQL Snowflake Tableau or Power BI preferred
- Experience in retail planning merchandising or inventory management strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will create and manage the financial and inventory plans that power Nike Direct. Youll forecast demand track performance and partner across teams to adjust in real timeensuring the right product hits the right consumer at the right moment.
- Build and manage seasonal and in-season sales and inventory plans that align with merchandising and business strategies
- Partner with Merchandising and cross-functional teams to develop consumer-right assortment and pricing strategies
- Analyze business performance weekly identifying risks and opportunities and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Own and evolve reporting tools that drive clarity consistency and decision-making across the planning team
- Lead forecast updates and variance reporting across weekly monthly and quarterly cadences
- Manage markdown strategies and price positioning across the portfolio in alignment with marketplace dynamics
- Drive lifecycle management from product launch through close-out optimizing inventory health and financial outcomes
