The Come Back Shack Morning Prep Team is essential! The team gets the restaurant ready for BUSY successful days!
Prep Team Member Expectations:
- Starting pay is $14.00-$15.00. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half
- Team member meals when you work valued at $200/mo $2500/year (tax-free)
- You must be available Mondays Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Shifts start at 3:30 AM and end when the work is completed (typically around 9:00 AM).
- Candidates with a positive attitude tend to fit in with our team the best!
- We also love high energy and good teamwork.
- Some kitchen experience is helpful but not required.
- Work can be physical and demanding: must be able to lift 50lb bags of potatoes and work in a 35-degree cooler for extended periods.
- You should be a self-starter and a hard worker with attention to detail.
- You must learn and follow basic standards of food safety and sanitation.
Tasks Include:
- following simple recipes
- preparing produce
- making sauces
- prepping food
- washing dishes
- putting away truck orders
