Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working independently solving complex mechanical issues and supporting multiple commercial facilities Were looking for a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair critical building systems across 25 facilities throughout the Frederick MD area.

If you have strong HVAC troubleshooting skills basic electrical and plumbing experience and enjoy a mobile hands-on role where no two days are the same wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do

• Travel between multiple facilities performing maintenance inspections and repairs on building systems

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical structural fire/life safety and control systems

• Perform preventive maintenance including cleaning calibrating inspecting and replacing components

• Monitor equipment performance and make operational adjustments to maximize efficiency

• Maintain facility services inventory control purchasing support and contractor coordination

• Record equipment readings and document maintenance activities

• Monitor outside contractor work to ensure quality and cost effectiveness

• Maintain a safe work environment while following all safety policies and hazardous material handling procedures

• Identify potential equipment failures and proactively recommend corrective actions

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance experience

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

• Experience maintaining commercial mechanical electrical plumbing and HVAC systems

• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs independently

• EPA 608 Type II Certification required (Universal Certification preferred)

• Valid drivers license required

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification

• Technical or trade school education in HVAC refrigeration or electrical systems

• Experience supporting multiple commercial facilities in a mobile maintenance role
