What You Can Expect

EVK & System Support

• Support EVK system checkout FPGA/GUI integration debugging and validation

• Perform EVK BOM management and kitting including material preparation and tracking

• Prepare test and deploy EVKs to internal & external teams

• Ensure proper handling and testing of IC packaged parts

Hardware & Lab Operations

• Execute cable changes chip swaps and screening to support validation engineers

• Support lab setup test configurations and prototype builds

• Operate and maintain lab equipment (high speed oscilloscopes spectrum analyzers VNAs etc.)

PC & Software Support

• Provide PC support including GUI installation Python environment setup updates and maintenance

Logistics & Collaboration

• Manage lab shipments including high-value equipment and cross-site logistics

• Collaborate with engineers on debugging testing and process improvements

Lab Maintenance

• Ensure lab cleanliness organization and safety compliance

• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep

What Were Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree

• At least 1 year of hands-on electronics lab experience

• Experience with lab instrumentation and circuit troubleshooting

• Basic familiarity with FPGA-based systems or evaluation platforms

• Experience with PC/software setup (GUI tools Python environment preferred)

Skills

• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

• Effective communication and teamwork

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a lab environment

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
