Member Service Representative Full-Time

Saco Valley Credit Union a 2025 Best Place to Work in Maine is looking for a Full-Time Member Service Representative to provide welcoming professional and reliable service to our members. This position primarily supports our two Saco branches with day-to-day operations and may provide coverage at our Waterboro branch as needed.

In this role youll help members with everyday banking needs including transactions account services and digital banking support while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

What Youll Do

• Assist members with transactions and account questions
• Open accounts and help members with additional services
• Support online and mobile banking needs
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and care
• Work collaboratively with branch team members

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Physical and Work Environment

This position operates in an office environment and requires:

• Prolonged periods of working at a computer and remaining in a stationary position
• Moving within the branch to assist members and complete daily tasks
