Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Illinois school district to hire a full-time School Social Worker who is passionate about helping students navigate challenges strengthen resilience and achieve their goals.
This role offers the opportunity to become an integral member of a collaborative student support team. Youll work alongside educators families and school leaders to remove barriers to learning by providing counseling services behavioral support crisis intervention and community resource coordination. Your work will have a direct impact on creating a positive learning environment where students feel safe supported and empowered to thrive.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program and possess an active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement or be eligible to obtain appropriate state credentials before employment. Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication collaboration and organizational skills along with a commitment to advocating for students and supporting their academic social and emotional growth.
