Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers CRM systems and standard office software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience handling client accounts or service requests.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
