Client Service Specialist

XP Services Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with our clients. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries resolving issues processing requests and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented professional and passionate about delivering outstanding service.

The Client Service Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients assisting with account-related questions service requests and general support while working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
• Document client interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and service requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience handling client accounts or service requests.
