Job Summary

Scope:
Enclosure structural design AC socket integration
Battery PCBA packaging and system integration

Key Responsibilities:
Thermal mitigation design (venting heatsink airflow)
Support CFD-driven design decisions
Design for IPX22 sealing and water resistance
Design evenly lighted ring
Integrate TFT display and user interface components
Deliver Creo 3D/2D BOM GD&T Tolerance Analysis DFM/DFA-ready design

Core Technical Requirements:
AC socket integration (US/international)
Insert injection molding multi-material plastics
High-power electronics thermal design
Consumer product assembly tolerance design

Creo / Surfacing:
Creo 8 proficiency required
Advanced Surfacing ISDX experience
Curvature continuous (Class-A) surfaces

Manufacturing Expertise:
Injection molding for consumer electronics
Dual-shot / insert molding experience
Cosmetic Class-A requirements (Belkin-level)
High- yield optimization

Consumer Product Experience:
Proven consumer electronics design (power/battery products)
Experience through DVT PVT MP phases
Balance UX cost and manufacturability
