About the Role

In this position you will:

• Supervise Measure Tech Crew to ensure quality of work is maintained.

• Attend daily meetings with production management to discuss weekly/monthly goals and tasks.

• Daily reporting of job and completion statuses

• Investigating mismeasurements

• Overseeing performance of Measure Techs. Ensuring that performance discussions are documented and implemented accordingly.

Key Qualifications

• 2 years previous remodeling experience.

• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience.

• Clean driving record.

• 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word Excel Outlook)

• Detail oriented within a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Must be able to sit at a deck/computer and type for extended periods of time.

Must be able to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.

Full mobility needed including crouching bending lifting and kneeling for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
