Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Lead Enterprise Master Data Management Initiatives
We are seeking an experienced Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Developer / Systems Analyst III to support a large-scale Enterprise Information Management (EIM) initiative for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior data professional with extensive experience in Informatica MDM Informatica PowerCenter SQL and enterprise data integration. In this role you will help build and maintain trusted master data solutions that improve reporting analytics and strategic decision making across statewide Health and Human Services programs.
Working within an Agile environment you will collaborate with business stakeholders data engineers architects and analytics teams to develop enterprise identity management solutions supporting client and provider data.
What Youll Do
As a Senior Systems Analyst III you will:
- Design develop and administer enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica technologies.
- Collaborate with business users subject matter experts and technical teams to understand complex client and provider identity requirements.
- Develop identity resolution strategies that support enterprise analytics and integrated reporting.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions and technical specifications.
- Extract integrate profile and analyze complex member and provider data from multiple enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain SQL queries for data profiling validation transformation and identity management.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop trusted master data supporting enterprise reporting and decision making.
- Support enterprise data governance data quality and identity management initiatives.
- Validate AI-generated outputs related to master data and help improve AI-assisted data integration processes.
- Develop standardized AI prompts and query templates for common data identity and integration use cases.
- Create technical documentation process guides and training materials to improve enterprise adoption of MDM best practices.
- Mentor business users and technical teams on master data concepts identity management and data governance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering Business Intelligence and IT teams to troubleshoot complex data integration and identity challenges.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:
- 12 yearsof experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
- 10 yearsof experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM).
- 10 yearsgathering business requirements and translating complex identity management and operational requirements into enterprise MDM solutions.
- 8 yearsof advanced SQL experience for data identification profiling transformation and analysis.
- Experience developing client and provider identity resolution strategies supporting enterprise analytics.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data integration data profiling and master data management principles.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:
- Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
- Data governance and enterprise data quality initiatives.
- Health and Human Services healthcare Medicaid or other highly regulated industries.
- Enterprise data integration and identity management strategies.
- AI prompt engineering and AI-assisted data management.
- Serving as the primary technical resource for enterprise MDM initiatives.
- Training and mentoring users on master data management best practices.
