We are excited to invite applications for the position of MarTech Delivery Lead within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the worlds leading Oral Care Company this role will involve planning business and data analysis functional and technical design as well as close partnership and interaction with the Digital Marketing and IT teams to support the deployment of new technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals customers and consumers.

This position is based out of the Piscataway NJ location. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
What youll do
Business Engagement & Solutioning
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing Digital and internal teams to capture define and refine business requirements into actionable solutions.
Creative Solutioning: Partner with business teams to deeply understand their needs leading the ideation process to develop creative technical solutions for complex marketing challenges.
Feasibility & Value Assessment : Conduct technical feasibility assessments and value-mapping for new MarTech requests ensuring that proposed solutions are both technically sound and deliver measurable business ROI.
Digital Data & Personalization
Data Capture & Collection: Demonstrate a deep understanding of website data layers to ensure accurate data collection; hands-on ability to configure events capture behavioral data and successfully ingest it into the marketing ecosystem.
Interactive Personalization: Lead the creation and optimization of web forms guided dialogues and interactive modules that capture data to fuel personalized customer journeys.
Event-Driven Personalization: Design solutions that leverage real-time web event data to drive hyper-personalized experiences on B2B and DTC sites.
Advanced Segmentation: Develop robust Customer Data Models and Identity Graphs to support sophisticated targeting and audience modeling.
Tech Evolution: Research and implement emerging tech in first-party data and digital identity management to maintain a competitive edge.
Agile Delivery & Operational Excellence
Drive Progress: Lead the Agile process facilitating daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Translate the MarTech roadmap into a prioritized backlog ensuring clear estimation and consistent velocity.
Knowledge Governance: Establish and document best practices for data integration and campaign execution to ensure scalability across global divisions.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelors Degree in a technical or marketing field; Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years focused on IT/Data Analytics within the Digital/Marketing domain.
MarTech Core: Proven experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) web analytics and customer segmentation.
Front-End & Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with JavaScript HTML and CSS for building web dialogues and interactive components.
Tag Management: Experience using GTM or Adobe Launch for advanced event tagging and tracking.
Soft Skills: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity in requirements and lead cross-functional communication between business and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
Cloud Data: 3 years hands-on experience with Snowflake and GCS for data extraction and analysis.
Salesforce Ecosystem: 3 years experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud for journey building and execution.
Personalization: Expert-level experience implementing and optimizing campaigns in Adobe Target.
CMS & Content: Practical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for integrating personalized web experiences.
Agile Leadership: Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams using Agile/SCRUM or SAFe frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $106400.00 - $155000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
