Job Title: Manufacturing Industrial Engineering
Industry: Heavy Machine Manufacturing
Location: Waterloo IA 50703
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)
OT 5 8 hours/week as needed
Duration: 2 Years (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct time studies and work measurement analysis.
Improve manufacturing processes methods and efficiency.
Support shop floor operations and problem-solving.
Develop tooling manufacturing methods and process improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Support quality maintenance and facilities initiatives.
Analyze manufacturing data and prepare reports.
Collaborate with production engineering and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.
2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred.
Recent graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
