In this position you willbe responsible forsupportingProductionin meeting theirSafety QualityCost& Deliverygoals. The use of Engineering principles and CI tools will be used to develop future state plansprovidecapital projectproposalsand executethe 12-month operating plan.
AsManufacturingEngineer you will also support projectsand equipment acquisition. Knowledge of layout planning work procedures cost impacts crewing guidelines andtakttime impact are crucial to successful support.
Highlights of your role
You will join an Engineering teamcomprisedof Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Technicians to support initiatives within a specificProduction area. Spend time onproductionfloorsupportingcurrent challengeswhile alsoidentifyingopportunities for strongrelationshipswith production staff leadership and other support -functional teams including some project managementtoadvance Production capabilities.
Our teams success is crucial to the growth and continuous improvement of the Warroad location.
