Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be required regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The ManagerPrivacyOperationsis responsible forleadingoperational activitiesfor privacy and data protection compliance including auditsmonitoringtransparency reportingresponses to government inquiriesData Subject Access Requestsand otherpersonal dataremediationor data rights activitiesthat are legally mandated or required under company policy.This role plays a critical part inmanagingthe efficiency and reliability ofprivacyprocesses resourcesand technologyto meetperformance metricsandcomply withlegal and regulatoryrequirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support audits inspections andPrivacyreviewsor assessmentsby providingaccuratedata documentation and operational insights.
Lead and manage operational processes to ensure efficientreliable andcompliant reporting assessments auditsincident responsesDSARsand other data requests or remediations.
Evaluaterecommendandmanagesoftware systems and other technology tools for Privacy function.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metricsidentifyrisks trends and improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization cost control and service delivery.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree preferably in Operations ManagementData SciencesSupplyChain BusinessAdministrationComputerScienceora relatedfield.
Experience and Skills
Typically requiresat least 5years of relevant experiencein operationsinformation technologycompliancequalityaudit or officeprojector datamanagement.
Demonstrated experience managing operational processes and driving performance improvements.
Facility with implementingsoftware systems and experience as an administrator of software applications or as tech support forsame.
Stronganalytical problemsolvingand presentationskills with the ability to interpret operational data and metrics.
Experience working crossfunctionally inacomplexorganization.
Preferred
Experience in medicaldevicemedtech healthcarepharmaceuticalorother industries subject to data protection or privacylaws.
Prior experience in a privacy informationsystemsor audit role in a global organization.
Familiarity with lean continuous improvement or operational excellence methodologies.
Experience supporting audits quality systems or compliancedriven processes.
Experience managing budgets forecasts or resource planning.
Proficiencywith operational reporting dashboards or enterprise systems (ERP).
Other
Language: Englishproficiency.
Travel: Up to 1015% domestic travel as needed.
Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma PMP or equivalent operationsrelated certifications.

$102000.00 - $177100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
