Manager, Payroll

Job Description:

Integral Ad Sciences Manager Payroll will report to the Controller and has global responsibility across North America EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
• Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate compliant and timely manner
• Direct the preparation of payroll related documents
• Manage compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Prepare relevant weekly monthly quarterly and year-end reports
• Monitor the accurate processing of employee transfers promotions and terminations
• Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate account balances
• Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
• Ensure that all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
• Support all internal and external audits related to payroll
• Interpret new legislation impacting payroll and drive change and compliance where needed
• Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll production

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years experience as a payroll professional preferably in both private and public company environments
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with payroll calculation and processing
• Global payroll experience particularly EMEA and APAC
• Knowledge of applicable US local state and federal rules and laws
• Solid financial acumen
• Proficiency in payroll and accounting software
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off health insurance (medical dental vision) as well as PPO HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans.
