Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Leadership
o Identify high-priority business pain points and translate them into process and system improvement opportunities
o Lead current-state and future-state process analysis to define requirements expected outcomes and success measures
o Maintain and prioritize the backlog in Jira based on business needs user pain points and value opportunities
o Define and support value measurement approaches to confirm enhancements are delivering expected business benefits
SME Expertise
o Serve as the subject matter expert for Material Requirements and Detailed Scheduling planning processes in OMP continuous improvement efforts
o Guide functional and process design discussions with OMP and KHC IT to ensure solutions align with business priorities and operating realities
Product Delivery/ Execution
o Support feature/enhancement delivery through design testing defect resolution implementation and post-go-live stabilization
o Partner with the Center of Excellence on change management training and rollout of new functionality and processes
o Contribute to Agile team execution by helping track priorities actions and delivery progress through Jira and related tools
Qualifications
Business Process Leadership
o Ability to translate business pain points into clear requirements priorities and measurable outcomes
o Strong ability to connect business process needs to system enhancement opportunities
o Change management experience preferred; Experience leading or influencing process design continuous improvement and business change efforts
o Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
o Experience working across business IT and external partners
o Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
o Functional experience with Snowflake SQL and Power BI preferred
o Interest in using AI models like Claude to analyze and parse data and solve business problems required
SME Expertise
o Expertise in Material Requirements and/or Detailed Scheduling Planning
o SAP and/or OMP expertise preferred
Product Delivery/ Execution
o Experience in Agile and Scrum environments
o Experience using Jira or similar tools to manage backlog and delivery progress
o Budget creation and maintenance experience preferred

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104200.00 - $130200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
