The Learning and Development team drives impactful learning experiences that enhance leadership safety and performance within a vital supply chain operation. This team designs and delivers practical future-ready learning solutions aligned with real-world processes and standards. Members operate with strategic independence managing initiatives end to end while leveraging technology and data. The team fosters continuous improvement by collaborating with stakeholders applying agile methodologies and ensuring content quality. Focused on measurable results they support capability growth and operational excellence enabling associates to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
What youll do...
- Design and deliver effective learning experiences that align with Supply Chain business needs and drive associate and leader capability.
- Own endtoend learning projects from needs analysis and design through development deployment and measurement.
- Ensure learning content is accurate relevant and operationally sound by validating processes tools and expectations against Supply Chain standards and realities.
- Apply strong instructional design principles to create engaging digital blended and experiences that work for frontline field and leader audiences.
- Leverage technology and data to evaluate effectiveness improve outcomes and continuously refine learning solutions.
- Build scalable futureready learning that supports consistency while remaining flexible for evolving operations.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as collaboration innovation agility and belongingwithout requiring formal authority.

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
