Job Summary

Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Manager with strong global intelligence and risk management experience to be embedded in our Embedded Intelligence Services division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private sector intelligence travel risk management processes and technology platforms and protocol development and the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) Senior Intelligence Manager the Intelligence Manager will be embedded as an intelligence and travel security specialist on a half-time basis and manage other intelligence analysts and programs with the remaining : Annapolis MD; Hybrid workingSalary range: $88000 - $95000 discretionary on tenureWhat You Will Work OnThe Intelligence Manager will be embedded a multinational organization on a half-time basis providing expert intelligence travel risk management and global security support. The following are expected tasks:Serve as the designated point of contact for support advice and subject matter expertise regarding your clients intelligence travel security and crisis management requirementsIdentify client-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutionsUsing the intelligence cycle research assess and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements as well as EIS analytic standardsProduce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysisProvide exceptional customer service and relationship managementLead daily intelligence products for wide distribution ensuring the reporting is timely accurate actionable and in accordance with reporting criteriaSuggest to clients potential improvements to their intelligence and integrated risk management programs and facilitate their implementationManage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis24s product offerings and servicesTrack and report metrics around production and deliverablesOther duties and responsibilities assigned by managementAdditionally the Intelligence Manager will likely manage other intelligence analysts and programs. They will be expected to oversee analytical production of multiple analysts as well produce intelligence products independently. The following are expected tasks:Oversee the analytical output on the nature of global security threats the likelihood that they will affect the clients operation and what the likely affectsManage and mentor multiple intelligence analystsImplement new embedded intelligence programs which includes recruiting training and onboarding intelligence analysts as well as customizing intelligence products and processes for various clientsServe as a subject matter expert to the client to develop and mature intelligence and security programsActively monitor open-source media third-party subscription services and other sources in real time for issues that could affect business operations and personnelOpen-source intelligence collection and analysis of regional trends and events to provide timely comprehensive customized intelligence products to decision makersUsing the intelligence cycle research assess and support the production of written intelligence products that meet client requirements as well as EIS analytic standards including but not limited to: Travel Threat Assessments Location Threat Assessments (Neighborhood- City- or Country-level) Site Threat Assessments Event Threat Assessments Requests for Intelligence Daily Incident Assessments or Intelligence Products Threat Forecasting Scenario Forecasting Social Media Monitoring Online Exposure AssessmentsIdentify client-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement solutionsProvide consultative recommendations and solutions to your direct reports and to the clientManage the production of major projects involving multiple analysts as well as in-depth and complex analysis through the intelligence cycleProduce written and oral assessments that are succinct and include beneficial analysisLiaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concernsUnderstand the clients footprint and interests to anticipate client needsProvide exceptional customer service and relationship managementServe as the clients primary point of contact for EIS intelligence or risk management program as well as all cross-functional supportSupport daily intelligence products for wide distribution ensuring the reporting is timely accurate actionable and in accordance with reporting criteriaDeliver oral and written threat briefings to members of clients security team or business leadership teamsWork with client stakeholders effectively and efficientlyCoordination of prompt high-quality responses to client requestsSuggest to clients potential improvements to the program and facilitate their implementationManage client expectations by understanding the EIS team and Crisis24s product offerings and servicesTrack and report metrics around production and deliverablesReview reporting analysts production and provide constructive feedback to ensure that the product fulfills the clients requirements and meets EIS analytic standardsEngage in cross-project analysis including consistent sharing of information between analysts and participating in webinar or other external-facing group projectsBe consistently engaged on a daily basis with teammatesConceptualize develop and propose to management business or intelligence initiatives to support departmental growthMeet with existing or potential clients to portray EIS capabilities and develop opportunitiesScope the analytic portion of new or potential client engagements to assist with sales and proposalsParticipate in sector-related conferences or speaking engagementsOversee all personnel products and processes associated with assigned client solutionOther duties and responsibilities assigned by managementWhat You Will BringFive years of experience in intelligence analysis travel security or a related field familiarity with Crisis24 (or similar) Intelligence and Integrated Risk Management platformsCustomer service experience in a client-facing roleAbility to organize and prioritize work with little supervisionEffective problem solving time management and people management skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated highly flexible and possesses a strong initiative
