Maintenance Tech (Glenaire)
Job Summary
- Knowledge of boilers compressors and air conditioning as well as various mechanical. Electrical and plumbing systems.
- Have patience tact and a cheerful disposition as well as the ability to deal with residents based on the maturity level on which they are functioning.
- Able to move intermittently throughout the work day.
- Two (2) years experience preferred.
- Perform preventive maintain on equipment such as pumps engines motors air conditioning system refrigeration system and so forth by repairing or replacing defective parts.
- Adjust with electrical meters and other test equipment functional parts of motors and control instruments.
- Clean and lubricate parts.
- Test equipment performance and record reading of tested equipment.
- Install limited plumbing masonry carpentry painting electrical devices refrigeration air conditioning and other equipment.
- Work on rotation basis with other maintenance personnel for after hours and weekend emergencies.
