Dauch is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our world-class team. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a leading company in the automotive industry where you will have the chance to contribute to the flawless execution of our manufacturing processes. This role located at our Minerva plant in Minerva Ohio.As a Maintenance Coordinator you will supervise employees in the installation and maintenance of electrical and/or mechanical equipment and machinery used in company operations. You will also monitor work performance and provide feedback coordinate maintenance of production equipment and oversee technical/quality process control.
Job Description:
Maintain safe secure and healthy maintenance environment by adhering to organization standards and policies and to legal regulations; immediately addressing issues and alerting others regarding potential concerns.
Supervise maintenance employee outcomes by selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining associates.
Communicate job expectations planning monitoring and appraising job contributions and recommends compensation actions adhering to defined policies and procedures.
Accomplish maintenance requirements by orienting assigning and coaching employees.
Meet maintenance standards by following productivity and quality standards; resolving problems.
Work with a cross functional team to meet cost standards by implementing cost-saving actions.
Fulfill shift operations plans by receiving operational report from previous shift and allocating resources in addition to fulfilling current operational plan.
Complete shift operations by monitoring maintenance services reallocating resources and solving operational problems.
Document maintenance services by completing forms reports logs and records ensuring accuracy of data.
Contribute to maintenance and organization success by welcoming related different and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education/certifications and hands-on experience.
5 years related Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
3 years progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
