Machine Operator Meat Packaging

• Operate monitor and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
• Perform equipment changeovers adjustments and basic maintenance activities.
• Inspect products to ensure quality food safety and operational standards are met.
• Complete production quality and equipment documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP and sanitation requirements.
• Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety quality and efficiency.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to safety quality and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.
