Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is seeking experienced Line Cook.
The following criteria should meet:
* Must be eager to learn Japanese culture and food!
* Must be able to work in FAST paced environment.
* Must be a team player.
* 2 years commercial kitchen experience preferred.
* Authorized to work in the U.S.

We are well known as high end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on the artificial flavor such as MSG use fresh ingredient and most key ingredients are exclusively imported from Japan just for us.
