- Scratch prep and line service everything made in-house every day
- Multiple stations: grill sauté cold line bakehouse support as needed
- Follow recipes and plating standards while bringing your own craft to the work
- Keep your station tight clean and food-safe always
- Be part of a team that actually communicates and has each others backs
- 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience more is great hunger counts for a lot
- Solid knife skills and confidence with basic and intermediate techniques
- Ability to stay composed and communicate clearly when service gets real
- Team-first. Ego stays at the door.
