About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for an 8-week local contract assignment in Siler City NC. This role supports patient care during night shifts and requires a reliable LPN who can work every other weekend and follow facility standards for safe quality care.
Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care within LPN scope of practice.

Monitor patient condition and report changes to the nursing team.

Assist with medications treatments and routine patient care tasks.

Support patient comfort safety and daily care needs.

Maintain accurate documentation during assigned shifts.

Communicate professionally with patients families and care team members.

Follow facility policies infection control and safety procedures.

Work every other weekend as required.
Requirements

Active North Carolina LPN license required.

Prior LPN experience preferred.

Must be available for night shifts.

Must be willing to work every other weekend.

Must bring a state or federal issued ID to the facility.

Must wear a photo badge at all times.
