Job Summary
- Primary responsibilities of this RN Manager position include infection control preventionist oversight of the restorative nursing program and education in the SNF.
- Working with the Director of Nursing to assist with audits regulatory concerns state surveys and other areas that need addressed.
- In the event of staffing needs could assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass.
- Assists with new hire and annual competencies participates in monthly and quarterly QAPI meetings.
Qualifications :
- Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and experience in supervision of others
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR Certification
- Prefer Infection Preventionist Certification but willing to assist with obtaining the certification
