Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity:
- Full-Time Permanent Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications obtaining vital signs performing treatments and assisting providers with examinations and procedures.
- Coordinate patient care by documenting medical information in the electronic health record (EHR) communicating with providers and educating patients on treatment plans medications and follow-up care.
- Support daily clinic operations by triaging patients scheduling appointments managing referrals maintaining exam rooms and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and safety standards
Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Atleast 2 years experience preferably in an outpatient setting
