Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time (HCS Program)
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Client Care & Nursing Services
- Provide nursing care in a manner that promotes client safety and comfort
- Administer medications and treatments (e.g. wound care catheter care vitals monitoring)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the RN and care team
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate services such as therapy appointments and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
- Support direct care staff in emergency situations and proper care procedures
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in electronic systems
- Ensure documentation meets regulatory legal and audit standards
- Maintain accuracy timeliness and completeness in all records
- Follow all infection control protocols and universal precautions
- Ensure compliance with HCS regulations HHSC requirements and company policies

Role Expectations
- Perform duties within LVN scope of practice under RN supervision
- Follow all delegation instructions and assigned care plans
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Work across multiple clients or locations as assigned
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct at all times
- Support compliance with HCS program standards and regulations

Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $45000 $60000 per year (based on experience)
- Full-time position with consistent hours
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs
- Combination of on-site visits and limited remote work (as applicable)
