About the role

We are actively recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Counselor (LCPC LPC LCSW-C or equivalent) to join our therapy team in California MD. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for professionals who excel at working with children adults and families communicate effectively and are passionate about supporting clients in achieving emotional well-being resilience and improved quality of life.

The role involves providing individual family and group counseling; conducting assessments; developing individualized treatment plans; and collaborating with families caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support progress both in the clinic and in everyday life.

What youll do

• Conduct intake assessments diagnostic evaluations and psychosocial histories.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children and adults with emotional behavioral and mental health challenges.
• Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy (individual family and group) for concerns such as anxiety depression trauma ADHD relationship issues and adjustment difficulties.
• Educate and support families/caregivers with strategies to reinforce progress outside of sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment planning case reviews and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation progress notes and reports in compliance with clinical ethical and legal standards.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland license as LCPC LPC LCSW-C or equivalent.
• Masters degree in Counseling Clinical Social Work or a related field.
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Clear criminal background check.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team adapt to change and manage priorities.
• Passion for supporting children adults and families in achieving mental health and personal growth.

The pay range for this role is:

$32-$47 per hour USD per hour
