The university is currently seeking a qualified individual to assume the role of Admission Counselor. This position is instrumental in representing Clarke University in various contexts as part of the enrollment process.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and work in collaboration of others to ensure Clarke University meets the needs of incoming first-year students.
- Act as a point of contact for student/parent questions and concerns relating to admission scholarships and the financial aid process.
- Use Clarkes CRM and SIS to manage contacts and data appropriately and utilize data when making decisions related to travel etc.
- Conduct individual campus visit appointments with students and families.
- Attend college fairs virtual fairs and community college visits as the Clarke University representative.
Qualifications include a bachelors degree and a person who is committed to creating an inclusive community. Demonstrated experience in higher education or college admissions preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills are required along with the ability to speak in front of groups of people comfortably. Travel is required for this position.
