Job Summary
Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Kennewick WA
Pay Range: $20$22/hr
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What Youll Do:
- Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations resident relations rent collection and compliance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Conduct tours of the community showcasing high-end unit features and community amenities to prospective residents.
- Facilitate the leasing process from application to move-in ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
- Assist with marketing efforts renewal strategies and retention initiatives to support occupancy goals.
- Maintain accurate resident files leasing documentation and property records using property management software.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and office team to ensure the property operates efficiently and presents at its best.
What You Bring:
- At least one year of property management leasing or relevant administrative experience.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus).
- Professional demeanor strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Availability to work Saturdays and accommodate resident schedules as needed.
