Professional Background

Applicants will typically bring:

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources Recruitment Talent Acquisition Learning & Development or People & Culture functions
• Experience supporting employee engagement workforce initiatives or professional growth programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence using digital communication and collaboration platforms
• A professional self-directed approach to work
