- 1 years of preschool childcare or early childhood classroom experience preferred
- CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Florida DCF 45-hour training completed
- VPK Literacy Training completed
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
