Job Summary
Now hiring a LEAD Operator for a manufacturing company in Medina.
Monday Friday 2pm 10pm.
Weekly pay at $19 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Serve as lead operator on a high-priority production line ensuring consistent output and quality.
- Operate plastic extrusion machines Herrhammer machines and other production equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and product standards.
- Support and guide team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
