Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse production floor and yard logistics in Phoenix AZ. The role focuses on supervising inbound/outbound material flow production support equipment and automation coordination team leadership safety and compliance KPI tracking and customer logistics communication. Salary: $110000 - $125000.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily logistics operations supporting production activities.
Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow and manage warehouse production floor and yard logistics activities.
Support production line replenishment and material staging; ensure timely movement of materials to meet production schedules.
Monitor dock operations trailer flow and shuttle coordination.
Support operations using forklifts Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) yard goats straddle carriers and reach stackers.
Coordinate operational response during equipment downtime or abnormal situations; work with operators and load planners to maintain continuity.
Lead shift associates and logistics operators: assign daily tasks and manpower conduct shift meetings and operational handovers and train new associates on SOPs and safety requirements.
Monitor productivity attendance and operational discipline.
Enforce all FNS and customer safety policies; conduct daily safety briefings and promote 5S and safety culture.
Immediately escalate unsafe conditions or operational risks; support incident investigation and corrective actions.
Track operational KPIs including production support timing inventory accuracy dock turnaround equipment utilization and safety performance.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Basic computer proficiency (Excel WMS scanners tablets). Bilingual in Korean and English is required. Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
