Assist in the development of kitchen policies and procedures
Stay current with culinary trends and innovations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to create and execute innovative menus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
High school diploma; Culinary degree or equivalent is a plus
