Junior graphic designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual communication. As a Junior Graphic Designer you will work closely with the design team to create engaging and effective visual assets for our online training courses and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and designs for online courses and marketing materials

- Create visually appealing graphics illustrations and layouts that effectively convey key messages and concepts

- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality

- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials such as social media graphics email templates and print materials

- Assist with photo and video shoots including editing and retouching images

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work including digital and print materials

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
