What Youll Do

Support 24/7 manufacturing operations - troubleshoot equipment issues and keep production running
Work directly with engineers technicians and production staff to resolve control system and automation problems
Maintain and support Windows-based PCs tied to production equipment
Image configure and set up new PC systems on the floor
Support peripherals like touchscreens thermal printers and barcode readers
Participate in process improvement and cost reduction projects
Support capital projects and capacity expansion efforts as needed

What We Need From You

1-3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting PC hardware or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Comfortable reading schematics and doing point-to-point troubleshooting
General Windows PC support experience - especially in a production setting
Familiar with peripheral devices: touchscreens thermal printers barcode readers

Bonus If You Have

Experience with thermal label printers or RFID systems
Knowledge of low voltage control systems (24V analog digital thermocouples)
Familiarity with network switch operation
Associates degree in EET Industrial Automation or Mechatronics
