Key Responsibilities

• Executive Communications & Content Prepare executive-ready materials including Board content CIO updates all-hands decks and status reports using PowerPoint Excel Word and AI tools; maintain accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverables

• Metrics & Scorecards Help maintain portfolio scorecards and dashboards consolidating inputs from Product Managers into executive-level views; support tracking of benefit realization post-launch

• Vendor and Market Analysis Support Monitor select vendor marketplaces and general market trends support RFI/RFP processes scoring and comparisons using the vendor evaluation framework; coordinate reviews with Procurement Legal Security and Privacy; draft recommendation memos and help maintain the vendor landscape library

• AI Adoption Support Apply AI tools daily to synthesis drafting and analysis work; share techniques build reusable prompts and contribute playbooks that help the broader IT team adopt AI; this role supports the enterprise AI Adoption effort it does not lead it

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree required

• 5 years of experience in business operations strategy consulting communications or IT including experience supporting executive communications reporting and Board-level materials

Functional Skills

• Demonstrated AI fluency including hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT Copilot Claude or similar platforms and the ability to apply AI to enhance analysis content development and day-to-day productivity

• Interest in sharing AI techniques and helping others adopt new tools and practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop polished executive-ready presentations and materials

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations

• Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong program and project coordination skills including progress tracking and follow-through across multiple initiatives

• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality accuracy and consistency

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the judgment and professionalism to work effectively with senior leaders

• Ability to navigate ambiguity synthesize diverse inputs and produce structured executive-ready outputs

• Self-motivated collaborative and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word

Preferred Attributes

Experience in the insurance reinsurance or MGA sector
