Experience in information security-related support
Experience in helpdesk-related support
Experience with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems
Experience with Microsoft O365 products
Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems
Experience with network and computer security testing tools
Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports
Responds promptly to technical system and/or emergency issues when contacted outside of scheduled work hours remotely or in person as needed
