Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale technical initiatives cross-functional teams and strategic program delivery.
Candidates with financial services industry experience and exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
7 10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles
Strong experience managing enterprise IT programs and strategic technology initiatives
Financial services industry experience preferred
IAM (Identity & Access Management) knowledge preferred
PMP certification required
Scrum Master Certification preferred
Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects priorities and cross-functional teams simultaneously
Experience driving program governance risk management and executive reporting
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise-level technology programs from initiation through delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure security application development and business stakeholders
Manage program timelines budgets risks dependencies and resource planning
Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with business objectives
Facilitate executive communication program status reporting and stakeholder engagement
Support governance compliance and operational improvement initiatives
Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring successful project execution
Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology initiatives with strategic goals
