Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead enterprise technology programs within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale technical initiatives cross-functional teams and strategic program delivery.

Candidates with financial services industry experience and exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives are highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 7 10 years of experience in technology project/program leadership roles

• Strong experience managing enterprise IT programs and strategic technology initiatives

• Financial services industry experience preferred

• IAM (Identity & Access Management) knowledge preferred

• PMP certification required

• Scrum Master Certification preferred

• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies

• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects priorities and cross-functional teams simultaneously

• Experience driving program governance risk management and executive reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level technology programs from initiation through delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure security application development and business stakeholders

• Manage program timelines budgets risks dependencies and resource planning

• Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure alignment with business objectives

• Facilitate executive communication program status reporting and stakeholder engagement

• Support governance compliance and operational improvement initiatives

• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring successful project execution

• Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology initiatives with strategic goals
