Technical Project Manager

ey Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for Scrum and Kanban teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Develop project plans track milestones manage risks and provide status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate software releases and ensure timely delivery.
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams Product Owners and Technical Project Managers on Agile best practices.
• Monitor project scope budgets and resource utilization while preventing scope creep.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• PM certification (preferred).
• Experience with Jira Confluence Smartsheets and Microsoft Project/Office tools.
• Strong stakeholder management risk management budgeting and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
