• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staffing
• Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience
• Train develop and motivate restaurant team members
• Monitor food and beverage quality preparation and presentation
• Maintain health and safety regulations and standards
• Drive sales through marketing initiatives and promotions
• Manage inventory ordering and supplier relationships
• Analyze financial reports and develop budget strategies

• Proven experience in restaurant management preferably in a high-volume setting
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant software
