Job Summary**

Oversee the daily operations of the IT department ensuring efficient and reliable technology infrastructure and support for Jabils operations. This role involves supervising a team of IT professionals managing projects and implementing IT strategies to meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and mentor a team of IT technicians and specialists including performance management and professional development.
* Manage IT support operations desktop support and network infrastructure maintenance.
* Plan execute and monitor IT projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions.
* Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
* Ensure the security and integrity of Jabils IT systems and data.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with company objectives and industry best practices.
* Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT equipment and services.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
* Prepare and present IT performance reports to management.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
* Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP LAN/WAN firewalls) operating systems (Windows Server Linux) and virtualization technologies.
* Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
* Proven ability to manage IT projects from conception to completion.
* Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Cisco) are a plus.
