Required Experience
Candidates should have extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop environments and advanced Tier II/Journeyman Help Desk operations.
The resumes should demonstrate experience with:
Enterprise Desktop Support
- Windows desktop administration
- macOS administration
- Enterprise desktop and laptop support
- Hardware deployment and lifecycle management
- Software installation configuration and troubleshooting
Endpoint Management
Experience administering enterprise endpoint management solutions such as:
- Microsoft Intune
- JAMF
- Ivanti
- KACE
- Comparable enterprise endpoint management platforms
Including experience with:
- Computer imaging
- Device provisioning
- Software deployment
- Patch management
- Configuration management
- Endpoint compliance
Identity & Access Management
Experience with:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- User provisioning
- Group Policy
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Identity lifecycle management
Operating Systems
Hands-on administration of:
- Windows
- macOS
- iOS
- Android
System Administration
Experience with:
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Windows Event Viewer
- macOS Console logs
- Endpoint performance analysis
- Root cause analysis
- Workstation imaging and deployment
- Hardware refreshes and data migrations
Cloud Experience
Experience supporting:
- AWS environments
- Hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructures
Security
Experience with:
- Zero Trust security principles
- Endpoint security
- Secure configuration management
- Identity management
- Vulnerability remediation
- Incident response coordination
Service Desk Leadership
Experience:
- Mentoring junior Help Desk personnel
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Coordinating with Network Cloud and Cybersecurity teams
- Providing exceptional customer service
Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following is highly desirable:
- CompTIA Security
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (or equivalent)
- Apple Certified IT Professional
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or higher)
- ITIL Foundation
- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate
Preferred Education
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a closely related field.
Security Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Successfully complete an FBI fingerprint/background investigation
- Complete required CBO cybersecurity training before beginning work
