Job role: IT / ERP Integration Program Lead

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Bridgewater NJ 2-3 days week

Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced integration leader to plan coordinate and drive the pre-close and post-close IT ERP operational systems and data integration activities associated with the acquisition of client.

This role will operate at the intersection of:

• ERP transformation
• Regulated manufacturing operations
• Finance integration
• Operational technology
• Data migration
• And enterprise integration governance.

The individual must combine strong program management discipline with sufficient technical and operational depth to coordinate across ERP MES infrastructure cybersecurity quality systems manufacturing operations finance and data domains.

This is not a pure PMO role.

The role requires someone capable of:

• Understanding complex hybrid operational environments
• Identifying hidden dependencies and operational risks
• Driving fact-based integration planning
• And coordinating execution across business IT Quality Operations and external system integrators.

The role will report into client IT leadership and work closely with Finance Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Cybersecurity Infrastructure and ERP leadership teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pre-Close Integration Planning

• Build and maintain the integrated IT integration workplan across all functional and technical workstreams.
• Establish and maintain the integration RAID log (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies).
• Develop current-state and future-state systems landscape documentation.
• Drive end-to-end transaction flow and systems-of-record mapping across:
  • Manufacturing
  • Inventory
  • Finance
  • Quality
  • Batch genealogy
  • Procurement
  • And reporting processes.
• Coordinate integration planning sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify operational regulatory and technical dependencies affecting Day 1 readiness and post-close stabilization.
• Coordinate due diligence follow-ups and documentation requests.
• Support executive decision-making through concise synthesis of options risks timelines and tradeoffs.

ERP / Manufacturing Systems Coordination:

• Coordinate planning activities across:
  • SAP
  • JDE
  • MES/POMS
  • NetSuite
  • Tally
  • MasterControl
  • LIMS
  • And integration platforms.
• Work closely with ERP and manufacturing teams to understand:
  • Coexistence models
  • Transactional integration flows
  • Manual reconciliation dependencies
  • Reporting gaps
  • And validation implications.

• Coordinate data migration planning and integration sequencing activities.
• Track ERP and manufacturing system readiness milestones including:
  • UAT
  • CSV
  • Cutover
  • Hypercare
  • And stabilization activities.

Quality / Validation / Compliance Coordination

• Coordinate with Quality and CSV teams on:
  • GxP system impacts
  • Validation dependencies
  • Change controls
  • And inspection readiness considerations.
• Ensure regulated-system integration activities are properly tracked and sequenced.
• Support traceability and reconciliation planning for regulated manufacturing processes.

Infrastructure / Cybersecurity Coordination

• Coordinate integration planning related to:
  • Identity Management
  • Endpoint Migration
  • Tenant Consolidation
  • Hosting Environments
  • Networking
  • Backup/Recovery
  • And Cybersecurity remediation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and cybersecurity leads to identify Day 1 and Day 100 priorities.

Governance & Program Management

• Establish structured governance cadence across all workstreams.
• Facilitate integration working sessions steering meetings and executive reviews.
• Develop integrated status reporting and executive summaries.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and escalate blockers appropriately.
• Coordinate activities across client and third-party partners including PwC and other system integrators.
• Ensure decisions assumptions and open issues are documented and traceable.

Required Experience:

• 10 years leading complex ERP M&A or operational systems integration programs.
• Experience integrating regulated manufacturing environments preferably in pharmaceuticals biotech medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of ERP and manufacturing systems including:
  • SAP
  • Oracle/JDE
  • MES
  • Finance integrations
  • and operational data flows.
• Experience coordinating GxP / CSV-sensitive programs.
• Strong understanding of systems integration data migration and coexistence architectures.
• Experience managing cross-functional global programs involving Operations Finance Quality Supply Chain and IT.
• Strong executive communication and synthesis capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous fast-moving acquisition environments.

Preferred Experience:

• Pharma manufacturing systems experience.
• M&A integration leadership experience.
• SAP JDE coexistence/integration experience.
• MES integration experience.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing validation processes.
• Experience coordinating system integrators and third-party vendors.
