Intelligence Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedIntelligence Management Specialisttojoinour team atCannon AFBsupporting the363rdIntelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (363 ISRW).TheIntelligence Management Specialistwill play a critical role in managing organizing andoptimizinginformation and knowledge-sharing processes to enhance mission effectiveness. This position requiresexpertisein knowledge management systems collaboration tools and the ability to streamline workflows to support intelligence and operationalobjectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implementknowledge management strategiesto ensure the efficient organization storage and retrieval of mission-critical information.

• Manage andmaintainknowledge repositories ensuring data accuracy accessibility and security.

• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across teams units and stakeholders to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Identifyand address gaps in knowledge-sharing processes recommending and implementing solutions to improve workflows.

• Provide training and support to personnel on the use of knowledge management tools and systems.

• Develop and deliver reports dashboards and metrics to track the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts mission planners and leadership to align knowledge management efforts with mission priorities.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols classification guidelines and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Minimum of 6 years w/o a degree or 4 years with AS/AA or2 years with BS/BA or 0 years with MS/MA

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiencyinknowledge management systems collaboration tools and information-sharing platforms.

• Familiarity with tools such asSharePointConfluence or other enterprise knowledge management solutions.

• Strong understanding of data organization taxonomy and metadata management.

• Skills:

• Exceptional organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and training materials.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting the363 ISRWor similar organizations.

• Knowledge of intelligence operations and information-sharing requirements.

• Familiarity with advanced knowledge management tools and methodologies.

• Certifications such asCertified Knowledge Manager (CKM)or equivalent.
